Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, checking, loading/unloading, moving, and sorting goods into designated storage locations. Ensure quantities match shipping documents.
- Handle daily warehouse administrative duties, including order picking, packing, sorting, and prepping goods for dispatch.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager with inventory management, including routine cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Maintain warehouse tidiness, cleanliness, and overall workplace organization.
- Prioritize personal and team safety at all times. Strictly adhere to workplace safety regulations and proper manual handling guidelines.
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager on any other ad-hoc duties and assigned tasks.
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
- 2-5 years of relevant warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., hand palleted jacks, trolleys).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Physically fit and capable of handling physical labor and manual lifting.
- Fair spoken Cantonese; ability to read simple English addresses and product descriptions.
