IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager

A global automotive and manufacturing firm is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to manage the delivery and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure services.
You will oversee infrastructure services across Cloud, Network, Data Center, and Digital Workplace environments, working closely with internal IT teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure services
- Oversee infrastructure areas including Cloud, Network, Data Center, and Digital Workplace
- Manage IT service providers and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and agreed service levels
- Monitor service quality, availability, performance, and operational risks
- Lead infrastructure improvement and service optimization initiatives
- Manage infrastructure migration, implementation, and transformation projects
- Coordinate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and Procurement
- Manage vendor contracts, performance, budgets, and service reviews
- Drive IT Service Management (ITSM) and operational governance
- Support transition and knowledge transfer during the post-merger integration
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues and drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular service and infrastructure performance updates to management

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with strong Service Delivery / Operations experience
- Good knowledge of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, including Cloud, Network, Data Center, or Digital Workplace
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure vendors / service providers
- Strong understanding of ITSM, SLA, KPI, and service management
- Experience managing infrastructure projects, migrations, or transformation initiatives
- Experience managing vendor performance, contracts, budgets, and service delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams

Work Hours: 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00, flexible, no core time
Work Location: Kawasaki
Work Style: 5 days in office
