Vice President - Food Services

• Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and nurture a diverse, high-quality talent pool, anticipating future staffing needs based on business plans.
• Leadership and Communication: Inspire and guide teams through effective communication in multiple languages, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance food and beverage performance.
• Guest Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve guest experiences in our food and beverage areas through thoughtful enhancements and innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of consumer preferences and extensive experience in food safety practices.
