About the Client

Our client is a leading global insurance provider with a strong presence in Hong Kong and across Asia. They are transforming their agency distribution and claims operations to deliver best-in-class customer and advisor experiences. This role sits within their IT Project Management team, driving platform modernisation initiatives.

Role Duties

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of agency portal and claims system projects.

  • Drive system integration and process improvement workstreams.

  • Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendors.

  • Oversee project scope, budget, risks, and timelines.

  • Report to senior leadership and SteerCo.

Role Requirements (2x)

Mid-Senior Level

  • 8+ years project management experience

  • Insurance / financial services background

  • Agency or claims system delivery experience

  • PMP or Agile certification preferred

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Senior Level

  • 10+ years project management experience

  • Insurance / financial services background

  • Agency or claims system delivery experience

  • Strong stakeholder management & articulation

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
