Davidson Technology are working with a State Government Department to secure an experienced Project manager / Business Analyst to work within the Privileged Access Management team.


About the Role

As the Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will lead the day-to-day coordination and business analysis activities for the production implementation of Keeper Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the integrated project plan, schedule, budget, governance, procurement activities, risks, issues and dependencies, while coordinating delivery across multiple specialist technology and cyber security teams. Alongside your project management responsibilities, you will gather and document business, technical, security and operational requirements, develop process flows and acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements remain traceable to agreed project outcomes. You will drive stakeholder actions and decisions, coordinate testing, defect resolution, assurance and reporting, and manage readiness for the production pilot. A key focus will be bringing the various technical workstreams together without taking over their platform accountability, ensuring training, communications, operational documentation, support arrangements and knowledge transfer are completed so the Keeper PAM solution can be successfully accepted and transitioned into BAU.


About You

To be successful, you will bring a minimum of seven years’ experience delivering projects within large-scale ICT environments, with demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure, identity, cyber security or enterprise platform implementations through to production and operational acceptance. You will combine strong project management capability across planning, scheduling, budgets, procurement, governance, RAID, dependencies and executive reporting with hands-on business analysis experience encompassing requirements elicitation, process mapping, acceptance criteria, traceability, testing support and operational readiness. You will have experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and vendors, ideally across cyber security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Essential Eight initiatives, and a sound understanding of enterprise technologies including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, networking and high-availability environments. You will be confident navigating organisational financial, procurement, security and change controls, coordinating vendor delivery and licensing, and producing concise, evidence-based executive, assurance, milestone and financial reporting. Your ability to build strong relationships and translate effectively between business, operational, security and highly technical stakeholders will enable you to drive actions and decisions through to closure, while your experience coordinating production implementation, testing, change, training, knowledge transfer and BAU handover will ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into operation. Relevant project management and business analysis certifications are highly regarded, while previous experience with Keeper PAM or another privileged access management platform will be advantageous.

You will be offered a 6-month contract on an excellent hourly rate and the ability to negotiate a flexible working arrangement for the duration of the assignment.
