Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $21-$24/ hr/ 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM OR 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM OR 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, regular overtime plus weekends as necessary for all shifts
Job Description:
The JobSquad is looking for Manufacturing Operators for a fast-growing company producing spaceflight products, high purity filters, cartridges, arrestor products, etc. There are several positions available, including Set Up Press Technician, Press Technician, and Machine Operator
Requirements:
Manufacturing experience is a must
Experience around machinery, metal, aerospace, or automotive is preferred
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment and wear jump suits. Hairnets, beard nets, and follow GMPs
Availability to work overtime during the week and occasional weekends is required
Must be reliable with attendance
Responsibilities:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery and production lines.
Monitoring equipment for functionality, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
Ensuring that all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed.
Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
Maintaining accurate records of production quantities and times, equipment status, and issues encountered.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Preparing machines and production areas before each shift.
Operating and adjusting machinery as needed throughout the production process.
Conducting regular maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment.
Complying with industry regulations and safety standards in all operational activities.
Reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities in the production process to the relevant supervisors.
Participating in training and development sessions to improve skills and stay updated with the latest operational practices.
