About the Role
Site Administrator
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the successful delivery of construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day site administration, maintaining project documentation, managing schedules, and acting as a key point of communication between the site team, subcontractors, and clients. The successful candidate will also ensure accurate record-keeping, assist with compliance requirements, and support health and safety administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site administrative activities to support project delivery.
- Maintain and organise project documentation, records, and reports.
- Manage project schedules and assist with planning and coordination.
- Liaise with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication.
- Support health and safety administration, ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant.
- Assist with procurement, meeting coordination, and general office administration.
- Monitor project records and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar construction support role.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of construction site processes and health and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
