Senior Manager - HV Transmission & Distribution (Expat)

RobLawMax Recruitment is partnering with a major gold–copper mining operation in Indonesia undertaking significant infrastructure expansion to support long-term production. This is a rare opportunity to join a large-scale, technically complex operation with substantial investment in power and infrastructure delivery.

About the Role
Reporting into senior project leadership, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of HV transmission and distribution infrastructure supporting mine operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Corridor and route readiness, access and interface managemen
• Tower and foundation civil interface
• HV line erection and stringing delivery
• Contractor and consultant management across multiple packages
• Driving safe, constructible, and efficient project execution

This role requires strong field leadership and execution discipline across complex, multi-contractor environments.

About You

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering with HV exposure
• Proven experience delivering HV transmission projects in mining, energy, or infrastructure
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement capability
• Deep understanding of constructability, sequencing, and delivery risk
• Experience working in remote or developing environments highly regarded
