About the Role
As a Casual Registered Midwife with BLU Healthcare, you will provide safe, evidence-based care to women, babies, and their families across a variety of maternity settings. You'll work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while enjoying the flexibility and variety that agency nursing offers.

About You
- Recent 12 months experience across maternity settings, including Birth Suite, Postnatal, Antenatal, and/or Special Care Nursery (SCN)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Confident caring for mothers and newborns in acute hospital environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused
- Committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and woman-centred care
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Midwife
- Minimum 12 months post-graduate midwifery experience
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current vaccination records and serology evidence in line with hospital requirements, including annual Influenza vaccination
