Required Skills:

• 8-10+ years of HRIS/HCM experience, preferably with deep Workday expertise
• Strong proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation and Gem HCM modules
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, test planning/execution, and data auditing
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and auditing
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for automation and workflow enhancement
• Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously in a demanding environment
• Experience supporting or integrating with ATS/TA tools, Jira, or recognition tools is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Expertise in Performance Management, Core HR, Security, or Reporting within Workday
• Experience with system configuration processes and collaborating closely with IT teams on technical implementations
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing, scripting, and process automation tools
• Knowledge of other HR technology systems and integrations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of proven HRIS/HCM experience with a focus on Workday
• Prior experience supporting global or large enterprise systems preferred

Other Requirements:

• Location: Onsite in Palo Alto, CA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexible start/end times to facilitate collaboration with teams in India
• Duration: 5 months, starting August 10, 2026
• Compensation: $150/hr (W2 only)
