We are supporting a search for a Head of Financial Control - Netherlands to lead finance activities for a well-established financial services organization in the Netherlands.
This role will take ownership of local accounting, reporting, and compliance, while acting as a key business partner to both local and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Financial Control - Netherlands:
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple Dutch entities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Manage month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting processes
- Maintain compliance with local regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
- Strengthen internal controls and address potential risks
- Collaborate with shared service teams and external advisors
- Support business decisions through financial insights and analysis
- Contribute to finance transformation and strategic projects
Profile:
- Qualified Accountant with solid experience in mid to large organizations
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, controls, and risk management
- Proven ability to work across international teams and manage stakeholders
- Experience overseeing outsourced or offshore finance activities is beneficial
- Familiarity with Dutch regulatory environment and local GAAP
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills would be a strong advantage
- Experience with SAP
