We're looking for an experienced engineer who thrives at the intersection of development and production support — someone who can help us take enterprise applications from deployment to long-term stability.
What you'll bring:
✅ Deep .NET & C# expertise across enterprise-scale applications
✅ Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions
✅ REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
✅ SQL/database development and performance tuning
✅ CI/CD, DevOps, and release management experience
✅ A calm head when diagnosing complex production issues under pressure
What you'll do:
�� Lead post-deployment hyper-care and ensure smooth go-lives
�� Drive BAU support, maintenance, and continuous improvement
�� Collaborate with cross-functional teams — tech, business, and vendors
�� Contribute to solution design and technical direction
�� Mentor junior developers and help raise the bar across the team
