We have a national presence, and our Melbourne office is currently on the lookout for our next Recruitment Coordinator to work with our Search business, delivering exceptional quality recruitment processes for a range of public and private sector clients.

Reporting to a senior leader, you will work alongside experienced recruitment professionals to support the delivery of end-to-end senior recruitment assignments. These projects are often high-profile, fast-paced and involve engaging with senior candidates, clients and stakeholders across a broad range of industries.

This is a varied and hands-on coordination role where no two days will look the same. You will play an important role in keeping recruitment processes moving, ensuring candidates and clients receive a high-quality experience, and providing responsive support to a busy, commercially focused team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking meetings and interviews
  • Conducting phone screens and telephone reference checks
  • Ordering probity checks and assessments
  • Liaising with candidates and clients to provide updates, request information and support a smooth recruitment process
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing proposals, reports and other documentation
  • Quality checking documents and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Providing administration and customer service support to recruitment consultants
  • Acting as a systems super-user and supporting the effective use of our CRM

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in a fast-paced, high-performing office environment. You may have worked in recruitment coordination, sales coordination, client services, professional services administration or another role where you have supported busy teams, managed competing priorities and delivered a high standard of service.

You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, coordinating processes, following up on actions and keeping stakeholders informed. You will also be confident working with senior stakeholders, including executive-level candidates and clients.

This role will suit someone who is proactive, organised and willing to step in where needed. You will be someone who enjoys supporting a high-performing team, can manage expectations professionally, and knows how to balance responsiveness with good judgement when priorities shift.

Ideally, you will have exposure to, or a demonstrated interest in, recruitment, HR, sales support or professional services.
