Overview
This role focuses on supporting and enhancing critical business applications for Client. The successful candidate will primarily receive and service tickets from the Autotime system, develop fixes, and provide technical support for business-critical issues.
The position begins with system training and transitions into an on-call support rotation to help ensure application stability and successful execution of critical scheduled processes.
Core Responsibilities
• Receive, investigate, and resolve tickets generated through the Autotime system.
• Develop and implement application fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Support and maintain business-critical applications and services.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical incidents outside standard business hours, including occasional weekends.
• Monitor, verify, and support scheduled jobs and processes to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with team members during training and ongoing support activities to maintain system reliability.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Previous experience with Autotime.
• Previous experience with Service Central.
• Hands-on experience with Springboot.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience working with OpenShift.
• Experience with Control-M.
Work Details
• Remote.
• Work Schedule: 4/10-A.
• Overtime Status: Non-Exempt.
• The role includes an on-call rotation that is currently being established. The initial plan consists of one week on-call, one week as backup, followed by at least one week off before returning to the rotation.
• Candidates may be responsible, on a rotational basis, for verifying the successful completion of scheduled jobs that run Sunday evening and early Monday morning Eastern Time.
