Apply directA Fortune 500 leader in the integration of IT and network technologies is looking for a strong Project Manager to handle Infrastructure Performance & Delivery Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track the execution of infrastructurerelated tasks across multiple environments for IT/Software projects
- Understand application and infrastructure deployment requirements on cloud platforms such as AWS, and support the setup and maintenance of environments
- Guide and support infrastructure engineers to identify and resolve bottlenecks, both technical and processrelated
- Promote and implement automation and CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely delivery
- Lead the team in the creation, scaling, and troubleshooting of infrastructure environments
- Drive team performance through clear reporting, status tracking, and ensuring alignment to project timelines and priorities
- Optimize infrastructure processes, find inefficiencies, and work with the team to implement improvements
- Coordinate with crossfunctional stakeholders, technical leads, and DevOps/Cloud engineers to manage deliverables and ensure high availability and performance
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT or Software Projects with a focus on Infrastructure Management
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, like AWS – including experience in provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting environments
- Experience or highlevel understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps pipelines
- Proven experience managing or collaborating with infrastructure engineering teams
- Ability to identify and resolve project or process bottlenecks through proactive analysis and team engagement
- Skilled in project reporting, tracking, and governance using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Redmine, or similar
- Strong organizational, stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills
- Ability to optimize resource usage to maintain project efficiency and quality

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
