We are seeking an experienced Civil Operator / Allrounder to join our team delivering works across civil and Defence projects throughout South East Queensland.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident across a range of civil tasks including car parks, roads, stormwater, and minor concrete works (paths, driveways, etc.).
About the Role:
- Operating machinery including bobcat, roller, and mini excavator
- General civil works across multiple project types
- Working on Defence sites and school environments
- Travelling to various sites across SE QLD (Brisbane, Amberley, Canungra, Tin Can Bay)
What You'll Need:
- Solid experience in civil construction
- Relevant tickets/competencies (bobcat, roller, mini-excavator)
- Own 4WD utility (essential fuel provided for all use, including private)
- Australian Citizenship + ability to obtain/hold Police Clearance
- Willingness to travel (LAHA/accommodation provided for overnight work)
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to interact professionally with clients
- Strong attitude and ability to work around schools and Defence environments
