Retail Sales Executive (Premium Home Fittings)

We are partnering with a leading European manufacturer with over a century of heritage in premium bathroom and kitchen fittings. Renowned for their design-led, award-winning product ranges, they operate a beautiful showroom in Singapore and are highly regarded across the architecture, interior design, and luxury residential market. As they grow their retail team, they are looking for a Retail Executive who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Retail Manager, your primary role is to serve as a brand ambassador by creating a warm, premium, and consultative showroom experience for every walk-in customer. You will take the time to understand customer needs and guide them through the product range with confidence and genuine enthusiasm, helping them find the right bathroom and kitchen solutions to match their lifestyle and design vision.

You will support the conversion of showroom enquiries and digital leads into sales through thoughtful follow-up, assist in preparing quotations and product selections, and help maintain the showroom's visual standards and day-to-day operations. You will also play an active role in in-store events, product launches, and workshops, and work closely with the marketing team to support online-to-offline customer journey initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with 1 – 5 years of retail or customer service experience in a premium or luxury environment across Retail and/or Hospitality sectors. Experience in bathroom or kitchen fittings are not required; what matters more is your passion for design and premium products, your natural ability to connect with customers, and your instinct to deliver consistent customer experience.

You will need to be well-presented, articulate, and genuinely service-oriented. You must be willing to work retail hours including weekends.
