Senior Marketing Executive, B2B (Premium Home Fittings)

We are partnering with a leading European manufacturer with over a century of heritage in premium bathroom and kitchen fittings. Renowned for their design-led, award-winning product ranges, they operate a beautiful showroom in Singapore and are highly regarded across the architecture, interior design, and luxury residential market. As they strengthen their B2B and project marketing function, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to own their engagement with the professional and developer community.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will take primary ownership of B2B and project-driven marketing such as developing and executing strategies that target property developers, hospitality operators, and the architecture & design (A&D) community. You will develop localised marketing toolkits including developer decks, case studies, and specification guides, and work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between project pipeline and marketing activity.

A significant part of the role involves Architects & Developers community engagement such as planning and executing design-led events, salons, and roundtables, building relationships with key influencers, and collaborating with architecture and design media. You will also lead the creation of high-value B2B content including project case studies, designer collaborations, and technical storytelling, while acting as the local lead for global B2B initiatives rolled out across SEA markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong and demonstrable track record in B2B marketing, particularly in industries where the sales cycle involves multiple stakeholders and early-stage influence matters. Relevant backgrounds include architecture & design, hospitality, luxury or premium retail products.

You will need to have hands-on experience in events, PR, and partnership marketing, and be comfortable engaging with a professional B2B audience such as architects, interior designers, or developers. Strong storytelling and content creation skills are essential and you should be able to translate product and technical value into compelling narratives. You will also need to be commercially aware, analytically minded, and able to work cross-functionally across sales, product, and regional marketing teams.
