IT Infrastructure Architect (Migration & Transformation)

A global manufacturer in the automotive sector  is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Transformation Architect to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives across a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead IT infrastructure carve-outs and migration projects across datacenter, cloud, and digital workplace environments
- Drive system and application integration across partnered companies’ environments
​​​​​​​- Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-entity alignment to ensure minimal business disruption
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Develop and maintain understanding of current and target infrastructure architecture
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Ensure alignment with future-state architecture and consistent implementation across projects
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Collaborate with program managers, project managers, product owners, and global teams
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Maintain operational stability during and after migration
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Support ITSM processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​- Facilitate transition from project phase to operational ownership and establish long-term service models

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of datacenter, cloud, network, and digital workplace technologies
​​​​​​​- Proven experience in infrastructure and/or application migration projects
​​​​​​​- Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts
​​​​​​​- Hands-on experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
​​​​​​​- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
​​​​​​​- Experience working in global environments and with external vendors
​​​​​​​- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and complex transformation scenario
