You'll be working with an array of equipment, from extrusion lines to intricate automated systems, injection molding machines, and power punch presses. Your quick-thinking skills will be crucial in ensuring equipment is repaired or replaced swiftly to keep processes running smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Embrace a safety-first mindset and lead by example.
• Dive into the world of custom electro-mechanical equipment, automated work cells, vision systems, and multi-axis robotics for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Get hands-on with PLC programs, tackling various levels of complexity.
• Show off your skills in electrical troubleshooting of circuits.
• Master the art of adjustable speed AC and DC drives and motors.
• Be tech-savvy with electrical literacy and the ability to decode electrical drawings.
• Drive innovation by initiating and completing technical activities that lead to new or enhanced production processes.
• Keep the plant systems and equipment in top shape with preventive maintenance.

Required Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED paired with a 2-year technical degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Communicate like a pro, both verbally and in writing.
• Be a people person and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Be ready to stand, walk, use your hands, reach out, talk, and hear regularly. Lifting up to 30 lbs might be part of the gig.

Reporting Relationships

• This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Engineering Manager.
• The Engineering Manager reports to the Plant Manager.

Working Conditions

Our well-lit, clean, and air-conditioned manufacturing plant is where the magic happens. While on duty, you'll be around machinery with moving parts typical of such an environment and might occasionally encounter fumes. Earplugs and safety glasses are a must, with additional PPE provided as needed.
