Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will support a range of communications and marketing activities, including:- Assisting in the delivery of integrated communications campaigns aligned to organisational goals
- Supporting the coordination and execution of events and public engagement initiatives
- Acting as an in-house reporter by attending events, taking photographs, and producing content for digital platforms
- Creating and managing engaging social media content across multiple channels
- Designing digital assets including flyers, banners, reports, and promotional materials
- Producing digital advertisements for social media platforms
- Maintaining and updating online content across websites and communication platforms
- Supporting ad hoc communications projects and team initiatives as required

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following:- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or a related field
- Experience in communications, PR, marketing, brand management, or events within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Experience managing digital content and working with website content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A collaborative approach with a high level of motivation and initiative
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality
