Revenue Operations Consultant

Join a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment as a Revenue Operations Consultant, where you'll serve as the operational backbone linking Sales, Legal, and Finance teams. In this critical role, you'll optimize deal workflows, streamline contract management, and enhance revenue processes in a fully remote setting, supporting rapid growth and strategic scaling.

Role Overview & Impact:
As a Revenue Operations Consultant, you will manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, coordinate contract approvals, and troubleshoot system and data issues in real time. Your expertise will drive seamless deal execution, improve contract accuracy, and shape strategic deal frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence revenue operations, ensuring operational excellence and supporting business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with Metronome (nice to have)
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving system issues
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with CPQ tools and BI platforms
  • Knowledge of contract management workflows and pricing models
  • Familiarity with organizational structuring and process documentation

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in technology or SaaS companies preferred
  • Previous exposure to Metronome, Salesforce, or related revenue systems

Other Requirements:

  • Fully remote work setup, preferably PST hours
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to an initial 6+ month engagement with potential for extension or conversion to permanent
