About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Business Advisory team, helping clients solve complex organisational challenges and enhance workplace performance.

Reporting to a Senior Partner, you will take ownership of consulting workstreams, combining financial and commercial analysis, structured problem-solving and stakeholder insight to deliver practical, measurable outcomes.

You will support and increasingly lead stakeholder interviews and workshops, engage directly with client stakeholders and translate complex information into clear, practical recommendations. As your capability develops, you will take on increasingly complex work and greater responsibility for day-to-day client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage defined consulting workstreams with increasing independence, maintaining quality, scope and agreed timeframes.
• Undertake financial and operational analysis, research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify key value drivers and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops and discussions with executive, management and operational audiences.
• Develop clear, compelling reports, presentations and other client deliverables tailored to the audience.
• Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, sound judgement and genuine care.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Partners and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and broader business development opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to extend client value through additional advisory services where appropriate.
• Contribute to thought leadership, research, consulting methodologies and intellectual property.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to Consultants and Graduates, helping strengthen capability across the team.
• Bring curiosity and contemporary thinking to organisational and workplace challenges while maintaining commercial discipline in project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

You will bring experience from management consulting, business advisory or a comparable professional services environment, with strong financial analysis capability and demonstrated experience across transformation or strategy engagements.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to analyse financial and operational data, identify key value drivers and translate findings into commercially sound recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in either transformation or strategy, with the ability to contribute to complex engagements and deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements involving research, analysis, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality reports, presentations and client documentation.
• Confidence engaging and facilitating discussions with executive, management and operational stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of scope, efficiency, quality and value in consulting delivery.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Psychology, Public Policy or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Canva highly regarded.

Experience across organisational transformation, strategy, workforce, leadership or operating model engagements would be highly regarded, as would postgraduate qualifications or relevant consulting, project management or change management certifications.
