Machine Operator

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
• Pay is negotiable based on experience (DOE).

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime may be available on Fridays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment by manually loading and unloading parts, monitoring part quality, and ensuring production meets company quality standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery by manually loading and unloading parts.
• Monitor part quality throughout the manufacturing process using gauges at the machine.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Report quality concerns or machine issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Ability to use basic inspection gauges to verify part quality.
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and manually load and unload machines for up to three hours at a time.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required by the job.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
