Responsibilities:
- Translate product initiatives into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Partner with engineering teams to define solutions, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Coordinate across backend systems, client platforms, and external vendors
- Drive end-to-end execution from concept through launch
- Break down complex work into epics and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Help ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and production-ready
- Support ongoing improvements to platform performance, stability, and usability
- Act as a key point of contact for issue triage and operational coordination
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, backend systems, integrations, or platform architecture)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
- Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams or partners
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Software Engineering or Technical roles
- Experience with Video Streaming, Media Platforms, or Content Systems
- Experience working with External Vendors or Distributed Teams
- Familiarity with High-Availability or Production-Critical Systems
