About the Role
Working closely with the Teamwear Manager and stakeholders across Production, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, IT and Account Management, you’ll ensure systems are fit for purpose, data is accurate, reporting is meaningful, and opportunities for improvement are identified and acted upon. It is a hands-on systems, data and process role that enables the wider Teamwear team to operate efficiently and gives leadership the visibility they need to make informed decisions.
Working closely with the Teamwear Manager and stakeholders across Production, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, IT and Account Management, you’ll ensure systems are fit for purpose, data is accurate, reporting is meaningful, and opportunities for improvement are identified and acted upon. It is a hands-on systems, data and process role that enables the wider Teamwear team to operate efficiently and gives leadership the visibility they need to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking orders, production, lead times, delivery performance and KPIs.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems into accurate, actionable reporting for management.
- Act as the Teamwear systems super user, maintaining data integrity and supporting day-to-day system administration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve more complex issues.
- Identify trends, risks and process improvements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support the rollout of new systems and process changes, including testing, documentation and training.
- Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service and IT to ensure accurate and effective information flow.
You’re a data-driven problem solver who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how systems work and finding better ways of doing things.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in systems, reporting, data, process coordination or a similar operational role.
- Experience working with order management, ERP or production tracking systems.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience building reports and dashboards using data from multiple sources.
- Experience acting as a systems super user, including troubleshooting issues and working with IT teams or external vendors.
- Experience in apparel, teamwear, manufacturing or a similar operational environment is highly desirable.
- Is highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Is process-driven and genuinely enjoys continuous improvement.
- Is a self-motivated problem solver who is comfortable navigating multiple systems.
- Communicates confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively across Production, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service and Teamwear.
- Takes ownership and enjoys being the person others turn to when they need answers.
