Our busy client located in Belvidere, IL, is currently in need of a Shipping & Receiving Office Associate.  This position is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail.  This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.

Hours: 2pm to 10pm Monday-Friday plus overtime with potential for extra days
Pay: $17.75/hour

Shipping & Receiving Office Associate Responsibilities:
  • Scan and verify documents
  • Data entry
  • Document filing
  • Assisting with driver check-in/check-out process
  • Scanning and processing paperwork

Shipping & Receiving Office Associate Requirements:
  • Ability to stand throughout shift
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy with data entry is critical
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume department
