Seeking BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency care with clinical autonomy, collaborative specialty support and established transfer resources.
  • Approximately 18,000 annual visits, with varied acuity and around 20% of patients admitted or transferred.
  • Three daily physician shifts: 7 a.m.-7 p.m., noon-midnight and 7 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • Twelve hours of daily APP support; single-provider coverage is largely limited to overnight hours.
  • Minimal call obligations.
  • CT and X-ray are available 24/7; weekday ultrasound, daily MRI availability, 24-hour hospitalist and respiratory support, weekday anesthesia and basic surgical coverage support care.
  • SANE-trained nursing, telestroke consultation, STEMI consultation and tele-crisis services are available.
  • Strong EMS relationships include priority transfers for critically ill patients and regional tertiary-care partnerships.
  • Full-time role with a published 30-hour schedule and variable days.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $228.90-$274.68 per hour.
