Business Analyst Lead - Real Estate Services, Facilities and Constructions 
12-Month Contract

About the Role
Our client's Real Estate Services (RES) – Facilities & Construction (F&C) Global Business Execution Team is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Business Analyst Lead to support strategic decision-making and business execution initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable business insights, enabling the Facilities & Construction team to optimize performance, improve operational efficiency, and achieve key business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data sources to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business strategy and decision-making.
• Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations that drive execution across operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and management reports to monitor business performance.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks, establish reporting cadences, and prepare executive-level reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, data needs, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through validation processes and close partnership with data owners and system stakeholders.
• Develop compelling presentations and business reports to communicate findings, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and business insights for strategic projects, operational initiatives, and management requests.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, analytics capabilities, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements
Experience

• 7–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related function.
• Proven experience supporting business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, infrastructure, or project-driven environments will be advantageous.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Analytical & Business Skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret large and complex datasets and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong commercial and operational awareness with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels.
• Comfortable communicating complex information in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with reporting automation and dashboard development is highly preferred.
