Position Overview:
The Plant Administrator is responsible for supporting overall plant administrative operations. This role ensures efficient day-to-day office functionality while assisting with a variety of administrative, HR, and operational support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage general office administration functions to support plant operations

Provide support in human resources-related activities, including documentation and coordination

Assist with employee scheduling and workforce coordination

Maintain accurate timekeeping records and ensure timely processing

Support billing and administrative financial processes as needed

Serve as a resource and provide administrative support to plant office staff

Ensure organization and efficiency of office systems and procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred

Prior administrative experience in a plant, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
