Join a major construction and resources project delivering critical infrastructure in a dynamic site-based environment. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Advisor to play a key role in ensuring quality standards are achieved across a diverse scope of works, including NPI, services, piping, electrical and communications packages.
Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting audits, managing non-conformances, and supporting commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting audits, managing non-conformances, and supporting commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and audits across multiple construction disciplines.
- Implement and maintain QA/QC systems, procedures and documentation.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and quality requirements.
- Work closely with construction, engineering and commissioning teams to drive quality outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QA/QC roles within construction, mining, energy or resource projects.
- Strong experience in auditing, non-conformance management and commissioning support.
- Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain QA/QC processes and systems.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Formal Auditing Qualification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an integrated project team environment.
