The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children and adolescents
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to support young people experiencing complex mental health concerns
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists
- Work in partnership with families and carers to provide holistic, person-centred care
- Engage in care coordination, case discussions, and collaboration with external services
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and community-focused programs
We’re seeking clinicians who bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or a similar field
- Current registration with AHPRA or an applicable professional body
- Experience in child and adolescent mental health, or a genuine interest in developing in this area
- Well-developed clinical reasoning and therapeutic skills
- A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills
- A commitment to culturally respectful, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused practice
