Litigation Associate

Our client is a specialized litigation firm with offices in Amsterdam. They focus on a wide range of litigation practices.

They are seeking a Litigator to join their team to assist with complex domestic and cross-border cases. This position will allow you to manage your own files and responsibilities while collaborating closely within an experienced, focused team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience as a litigation lawyer

• Specialism: Experience in either one, several, or all of the firm's core practice areas: corporate, commercial, antitrust, financial, ESG litigation, or collective actions

• Legal Expertise: Strong grounding in civil procedural law and dispute resolution

• Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, clear communication, and a strategic approach to complex disputes

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English
