Skills
- Strong construction background with experience in installing or repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial refrigeration experience (start-up experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on familiarity with CO? and/or R290 systems (does not need to be expert-level, but must be real experience .
- Working knowledge of supermarket refrigeration systems
- Basic understanding of supermarket EMS platforms (monitoring, alarms, setpoints)
- Strong troubleshooting and commissioning mindset
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- EPA Certification (Required).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R industry standards.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; comfortable working with electrical components.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
