We’re recruiting a Support Officer to join FRRR’s agile, purpose-driven team. This role will support a the overall program including grants administration, stakeholder support, and program coordination.
This is a full time fixed term positions until December 2028.
FRRR office is located in Bendigo, but this is a remote role and applicants can be based anywhere in Australia.

- Small Network Grants (up to $50,000)
- RDRP Social Outcome Grants (up to $100,000)

We’re recruiting a Support Officer to join FRRR’s agile, purpose-driven team. This role will support a the overall program including grants administration, stakeholder support, and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sound administrative delivery of travel, venue hire and catering bookings.
- Assist the Coordinator with the administration and assessment of grants, preparation of Grant Research Papers and Program Advisory Committee documentation.
- Assist community members, non-profit organisations, and grantees via phone, email and online for all FDF
grants
You’re a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys enabling others. You bring:
- Experience in administration, coordination, or grants management
- Must be a strong multitasker and able to cope with changing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Interest in supporting rural and regional Australia
- Familiarity with community development or not-for-profit environments (highly regarded)
- Being a team player and having a collaborative approach is vital in this environment
