Facility Name and address: The Methodist Hospital – 2 locations, Northlake and Southlake. Main hospital where coverage is needed is Southlake but could have occasional needs at Northlake.

Average Daily Census: 300

Position (needing coverage) Interim Inpatient Pharmacist à we need 3 FTE pharmacists

What skills are required: Recent Inpatient experience

Is specific state licensure required? Yes, Indiana

Dates of Coverage needed: Immediately for 3+ months

Coverage Hours needed: 40 hours/week, will rotate between AM and PM shifts. Pharmacy is open 24 hours (will not need to cover overnight shift)

Is weekend coverage needed? Possibly, rotating shifts

Will this person need to take on-call? No

Order Entry System: EPIC – experience preferred
Site Automation: Omnicell, Perata

Site Specialty Areas: Neuroscience and Oncology
Staff Size: 66 FTEs
Will there be sterile compounding involved? Yes

Expectations: Function as Inpatient Pharmacist, Exceptional work ethic, Supportive and collaborative.
Dress Code: Business casual

  • Urine drug screen with alcohol level
