Patient Referral Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an international healthcare organization specializing in cross-border medical services.

Our client is seeking a Patient Referral Manager to develop its business presence in Indonesia by establishing healthcare partnerships and expanding patient referral networks. This position will serve as the company's first representative in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and expand patient referral networks across Indonesia.
• 
  Establish partnerships with hospitals, specialist doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• 
  Identify opportunities for international medical treatment and second-opinion services.
• 
  Generate patient referrals through existing networks and new business channels.
• 
  Coordinate with the regional team to facilitate patient referral activities.
• 
  Monitor referral pipelines and achieve agreed business development KPIs.
• 
  Provide regular market insights and business development updates.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 
  5–8 years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• 
  Strong background in business development, healthcare partnerships, or patient referral management.
• 
  Established networks within hospitals, specialist doctors, or healthcare providers would be advantageous.
• 
  Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• 
  Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• 
  Good command of English.
