We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in software implementation projects to join our team in a permanent, fully remote position.
This role is ideal for a BA who is more than a requirements gatherer. We are looking for a professional who can confidently challenge assumptions, uncover the true business need, and provide consultative guidance to stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring technology solutions deliver genuine business value, rather than simply documenting and passing through requirements.
You will engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, managing competing priorities, and driving outcomes across complex implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
You are a proactive and commercially minded Business Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable asking difficult questions, challenging thinking constructively, and influencing decision-making across all levels of an organisation.
