What Will You Do?
  • Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent service and follow-up
  • Accurately record activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
What Do You Bring?
  • 2–3+ years of inside sales, business development or inbound order management experience
  • Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive independently and in a team setting
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance
  • Looking to take the first/next step in your sales career
