Design & Build are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well regarded residential builder delivering high end renovations, extensions, and new builds valued up to $8m across Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
- Monitoring project costs, tracking budgets, and providing regular financial reports
- Working closely with clients, architects, site teams, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Supporting the wider team with commercial and ad hoc project requirements as needed
- Minimum five years Contract Administration experience
- Proven experience working across multiple high end home or apartments projects valued $5m+
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
