We’re on the lookout for a confident, energetic Store Manager to join a well-established women’s fashion retailer in Napier.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader who loves fashion, enjoys working with people and knows how to create a great customer experience while delivering strong sales results.
You’ll be leading a small team of 4 and will play a key role in driving the store forward, developing your team and creating a fun, positive environment for both customers and staff.

- Tuesday–Saturday roster, 40 hours per week

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store and be responsible for:
- Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Delivering an exceptional customer and styling experience
- Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Managing rosters, stock, VM and general store operations
- Maintaining high visual and brand standards
- Creating a positive, supportive and fun team culture
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve store performance
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous Store Manager experience within women’s fashion, apparel or specialty retail
- Is genuinely passionate about fashion and styling
- Loves connecting with customers and delivering great service
- Is confident leading, motivating and developing a team
- Is commercially minded and comfortable working with sales and KPIs
- Is hands-on, organised and takes ownership
- Brings a fun, bubbly and positive personality
- Enjoys creating a team environment where people feel supported and motivated
- Can lead by example and bring energy to the store every day
