The Healthcare division within an executive recruitment firm, Monroe Consulting Group, is partnering with an international organisation within the medical equipment industry to hire a Clinical Executive. This opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Position Overview
The role is responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment and consumables for Critical Care products.
It directly supports business growth and strengthens client relationships across government and private healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Territory – Central region
· Promotes and sells medical equipment, consumable for CRRT (Acute) products to government and private sectors, able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good & healthy business relationship with clientele all times and provide a professional & well-mannered service to the Company's
· Work closely with other departments eg. Marketing, Clinical etc to achieve set objectives
· Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical and sales teams within the company.
· Maintaining a healthy relationship with the company's clients.
· Always be available to the client and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and potential products.
· Attend conferences and event organized by company.
· Have market knowledge and competitors activity.
· Participate in offering service contracts to customers.
· Responsible for Tenders and ensuring our response is professional and attractive.
· Provide a monthly report to the Business Manager on all your sales activities.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing and Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology or equivalent
· 3–4 years’ experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred, with a strong track record of achieving targets
· MUST have valid nursing certification (APC) or RON (if applicable)
Technical / Functional Expertise
· Sales experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sector
· Knowledge of CRRT (Acute) products
· Ability to manage tenders and service contracts
· Market knowledge and awareness of competitors’ activity
· Own transport and willingness to travel for client engagements across territories
Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies
· Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-oriented environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
