Consultant Notes: Experienced Business Services& Tax Manager A well-regarded national accounting firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Assistant Manager or Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity has been created to support continued growth and can be tailored to suit a strong Assistant Manager ready for more scope or an emerging Manager looking to step into a broader leadership role.

The opportunity: You’ll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while supporting and developing your team. Working closely with two Partners, you’ll play a key role in driving technical excellence, client service and a high-performing team culture.

About you Must be CA or CPA qualified Approximately 5–8 years’ experience in Australian public practice within Business Services and Tax Experience in a supervisory, manager or senior leadership capacity Strong technical capability across accounting, tax and compliance, with the confidence to both prepare and review work A clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused approach Able to work autonomously while managing competing priorities and deadlines Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Comfortable working to financial KPIs, including productivity and write-off targets Proficient in Microsoft Office

Team structure You’ll be joining a collaborative structure of 2 Partners, a Supervisor, Senior Accountants, an experienced Intermediate and Undergraduate team members, offering both leadership exposure and strong peer support.
