Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up services at vacant homes via phone calls, emails, faxes and other required software.
• Reviewing photos and gaining client feedback pertaining to conditions.
• Must be able to multi-task using different sources.
• Responsible for documenting accurate information via notes/required documents to complete services.
• Responsible for allocating monies.
• Must be able to maintain company knowledge.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and other related services.

• Must have communication and organization skills.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Negotiating skills are preferred.
• Experience with Word, Excel and other related software.
