Graduate Architects!

A well-established commercial construction company are looking for their next Architect to join their Brisbane office. This company is known for delivering remote workforce accommodation solutions for major regional projects in QLD. They provide end-to-end project capability, facility design, planning and approvals through to construction of  modular and prefabricated building solutions, facilities management and ongoing camp operations.

This role will suit someone who thrives in fast paced environments, strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability as the business is continuously growing. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop workforce accommodation camps and village layouts.
• Prepare detailed architectural documentation and construction drawings
• Produce concept plans, site layouts, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and project teams throughout the design process.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues
• Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian Standards, building regulations, and project specifications.
• Support tender submissions with design concepts, layouts, technical information and walkthroughs.

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years experience within a professional architecture practice
• Strong technical skills: Revit, AutoCAD  and Adobe Creative Suite 
• Experience working on modular projects highly desirable 
• Strong documentation and project coordination skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality architectural outcomes.
