General Labor/Operator Location: Kalamazoo Michigan Shift: 1st -3rd Pay: $16.15- $18.15 Hour Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Skilled people to join our Kalamazoo team. As a Machine Operating associate, your core responsibilities will include: Following clear and precise work orders Running machines. Using hand tools Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to meet company standards and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you may assist with general production tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Qualifications: .· Knowledge of safe operation of basic Industrial skills.· Intermediate mechanical comprehension and abilities. · Ability to read, comprehend and carry-out instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram form. · Lift 35lbs with assistance. · Ability to work as part of a team. · Train and work in other departments as needed. Skills: Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when handling glass and assembling components Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with hands and tools efficiently Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic to support team productivity Why Join Us?
