Position Summary
The Instant Coffee Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the production of instant coffee products. This role ensures that production processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards while meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor instant coffee processing equipment, including blending, extraction, drying, agglomeration, conveying, and packaging systems.
- Set up equipment according to production schedules and product specifications.
- Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Perform routine quality checks, including product appearance, moisture levels, weight, and packaging requirements.
- Complete production records, process logs, and quality documentation accurately.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs when needed.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Conduct equipment inspections and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to established procedures.
- Maintain safe working conditions and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory tracking and raw material verification as needed.
- Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in food, beverage, coffee, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience operating automated processing or packaging equipment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand production specifications, work orders, and process instructions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.

- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
