• Assemble cabinet components — simple, repetitive tasks once trained
• Use your own basic hand tools (drill, driver, tape, square)
• Follow clear build instructions
• Keep your workspace tidy and safe
• Learn new skills from experienced team members

• Own basic hand tools – must have
• Reliable transport – must get yourself to Bells Creek
• A good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance
• Comfortable using hand tools and working on your feet
