Operations & Scheduling Coordinator | 8 week contract

With 16 years in business, our client is a leader in the construction industry.  They focus on delivering high-quality, durable sealing solutions for builders and developers on large-scale and high-rise projects.

Now they are looking for an organised Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to assist them during this busy period of work.

About the Role:

• 8-week temporary position, potential to become ongoing/permanent
• ASAP start
• $38ph + Super
• Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
• Fully office-based role in Cremorne, conveniently located near the train station

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day scheduling and operations
• Coordinating locations, materials, site contacts, and job bookings to make sure every site is covered
• Booking, tracking, and coordinating couriers to ensure stock gets to site on time
• Providing general admin support to the team

What We're Looking For:

• Confident learning and using new systems
• Experience with, or the ability to quickly pick up, scheduling/trade platforms (e.g. Hammertech, ServiceM8, or similar)
• A good understanding of AI tools like Claude is highly regarded
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable liaising with clients and tradespeople
• A positive attitude, ability to work within a small team
• Someone who isn't afraid to speak up and have their opinion heard
