Flu Clinical Manger needed for a full-time, 40 hour, Mondays-Fridays, contract opportunity with Yoh’s medical clinic partners located in San Jose, California.
This is a contract flu clinic manager role supporting our flu clinic. Duties include overseeing and coordinating all staff assigned to the flu clinic, driving clinical operations efficiently, managing employee flow, customer service, and assisting with overall clinic logistics.

- Overseeing and coordinating all staff assigned to the flu clinic.
- Ensuring clinic operations run efficiently and smoothly during flu events.
- Managing employee flow and addressing operational bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Serving as the primary onsite leader and point of contact for clinic staff.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for employees receiving flu vaccinations.
- Assisting with overall clinic logistics and ensuring a positive employee experience
